Direction Morbegno > Sondrio. The Sentiero Valtellina is interrupted in the Paniga area before the bridge crossing the Adda. Follow the signs leading to the detour by turning right to cross the bridge. After crossing the bridge, turn right at the junction and go under the underpass of the Provincial Road; there are two brown Sentiero Valtellina arrows in sequence. At the exit of the underpass, there is a junction: turn left, following the Sentiero Valtellina sign, until the stop sign on the Provincial Road. A Sentiero Valtellina sign on the opposite side of the road indicates an arrow to the right, direction Sondrio: therefore turn right and proceed with great caution on the Provincial Road. Continue over the Tartano bridge and arrive at the roundabout. Take the second exit, also indicated as Sentiero Valtellina, and proceed along the Orobica Provincial Road to the Sirta area. Here a sign indicates to turn left onto the bridge; after crossing the bridge, turn right as indicated. Shortly after, you resume the original Sentiero Valtellina route. Attention: do not turn left because the Sentiero Valtellina itinerary towards Morbegno continues, as indicated by the brown arrow. Instead, continue straight towards Sondrio.
